I have a question for you guys. It seems that Parcells is less antagonistic this year than in years past. Is this a fair assessment? Is he mellowing more or are the reporters finally figuring out how to deal with him?

He does seem calmer...so far.

Once he got past the TO talks in the offseason he seems to have calmed down and probably for the most part (minus a couple of reporters) they have calmed down as well.

He's less antagonistic (though I don't think he was ever that confrontational -- a lot of his so-called antagonism was sarcastic and playful) but he's also joking less. He does seem very calm and relaxed at the PCs, though... He'd never admit it, but I think he's finally happy with the personnel he has and he likes the way the team is shaping up.

I think it's a facade, he's got to be feeling the pressure this year. This is hands down one of the most talented Cowboy teams in recent memory. Once we get to about week 10 we'll see the real Bill come out.
