I love parcells.

but parcells could never figure out the kicking game here. It was always bad when he was here.

I've been a huge fan of Folk since he got here but this bad slump he's in has me quite disturbed and I'm not confident in him, at all, any longer. I'm all for someone else getting a shot at making some of those kicks that he's starting to miss.

I kinda thought that he might have been out there for the FG at the end of the half.

Having two kickers active every week has ******** the development of Jason Williams.

Really?, I would think maybe Williams should be the Nickel LB over Carpenter, if he can handle it.

You want to put a first year player converting from DE to LB into coverage?

No, Parcells would have yanked McBriar off the job, like he did before.

Bingo.

it only took him one miscue to realize mcbriar is not the guy for the job.

and that one miscue was fumbling a snap and then trying to throw it and then fumbling again! It was the opener at minnesota in 04.

How can someone who hasnt been watching a kicker in practice all year say he would have him kicking for us? Its just stupid. Our coaching staff watches this guy and knows if he has what it takes or not. How could parcells know when he is in florida watching his mediocre team?

And if this rookie LB/DE or whatever you want to label him was so special he would be playing. The 2nd kicker has nothing to do with it. Facts are he isnt suiting up for a reason. And the reason has nothing to do with a kicker.

What's it matter? We are basically playing 11-10 when Boobie is out there anyway.

or bill parcells would have brought in a kicker for a look at to motivate folk for a tryout.

Speaking of Buehler, Did anyone remember him putting one in the end-zone for touchback,or even in the end-zone? The commentaters mentioned that Giants brought in FG kicker just days earlier because of problems. This question came up sometime ago and someone who knew him from school said he was'nt that good.Beeler that is.

I doubt that Buehler can PK -- if he could, we likely would have used him for that 57 yard attempt

As to Buehler moving in for the long kick, you give your 'dog' his chance to get his head straight. Jimmy Jones would have had a week long try out at Cowboy facilities and SENT a message directly to Folk to get his 'attention'.
