No. Provide the amount. Is it the full 20 million? 10? 5? You’ve built the case that the publicity and write off are the driving force, I’m curious if there’s any amount that isn’t offset by tax benefits and Of we’re allowed to then believe that amount was true altruism.

Anyone who thinks I'm slamming the guy is wrong.
What I mean is he could have sent a check in silence, but he wants people to think he is a great guy.
Maybe he is. I dont care.
What I do know of him I don't care for....and I doubt I'm alone. Maybe thats the secondary reason.

The ONLY reason people give away money in the first place is because of income tax reasons.
If there was no tax benefit how many people would just give away money? Not many.
If you can look like the good guy while doing it, sounds great.
All I did was point out the reasoning, not slam him for it.
Hell, I'd prefer if he gave it ALL away, very much including the team.
