News: BR: Darren McFadden Says Nephew and Other Relatives Were Shot in Arkansas Nightclub

Dallas Cowboys running back Darren McFadden posted a statement on Twitter Monday night in which he confirmed members of his family were shot at a nightclub in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Austin Kellerman of ArkansasMatters.com spoke to McFadden's mother, who said McFadden traveled to the scene upon hearing about the shooting.

Little Rock Police confirmed Saturday morning that 25 people were shot and another three were injured during a concert at the Power Ultra Lounge in Little Rock.

CNN's Sheena Jones and Deanna Hackney reported Saturday that authorities had yet to determine a motive for the shooting and were still searching for the shooter.

AL.com's Carol Robinson reported Sunday that U.S. Marshals arrested Ricky Hampton in Birmingham, Alabama, on a charge of aggravated assault connected to a case in Forrest City, Arkansas. Authorities said Sunday that Hampton, who raps under the name Finese 2Tymes, will be extradited to Little Rock and is a "person of interest" in the investigation into the shooting, per Matt Mershon of KATV in Little Rock.
