Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant said this is "the best" team he's ever played for when speaking to gathered reporters Wednesday at OTAs.

"I'm excited. I can't wait for training camp," Bryant told reporters. "I'm ready to lead, I'm ready to get back, and I'm ready for the season to start. I'm praying every day. I just want me, this whole team, to be injury-free because we got something special. The sky can be the limit for us."

Bryant, 28, missed three games in 2016 and spent most of the season battling through nagging injuries. He finished with 50 receptions for 796 yards and eight touchdowns, the second straight year he's been held under the 1,000-yard mark due to injuries.

"It's a business. You gotta treat your body like a Bugatti. That's how I look at it," Bryant told reporters when discussing the way rosters change in the NFL.

The Cowboys went 13-3 last season on their way to an NFC East championship. They lost to the Green Bay Packers on a last-second field goal in their NFC divisional round game. Bryant hauled in nine receptions for 132 yards and two of Dak Prescott's three passing touchdowns in the game. Prescott drew heaping praise from Bryant during his media session.

"The way he approaches the game is second to none...It feels like he's been here for a good five years," Bryant told reporters.

Prescott, of course, is heading into just his second NFL season. The keys to the Cowboys franchise were officially handed over to the Texas A&M product when Tony Romo retired this offseason to join CBS' broadcast booth.
