After he was tackled by the Raiders' Tracy Porter, you could tell that Dunbar had hurt his knee. It was only a matter of how severe the injury would be. Tim McMahon of ESPNDallas.com reported that the player was at least able to walk off the field.
Lindsay Jones of USA Today reported that Dunbar looked to be in a lot of pain on the sidelines.
Dunbar is on the training table. Looks like he's in a lot of pain, and also really upset. Covers face with hands.

After the game owner Jerry Jones provided an update (via Nick Eatman of Cowboys.com):
Jerry says Dunbar has hyper-extended knee .. Good time for an 11-day break

The injury couldn't come at a worse time for the running back.
Prior to leaving the field, Dunbar was the Cowboys' leading rusher, with 12 carries for 82 yards. He gave a surprising performance, as the second-year back had just 18 carries for 68 yards this season coming into Thursday night.
It will be important for him to get back to the field as soon as possible so he can build off the momentum he created on Thanksgiving.
