Watching the Post game conference of Childress and he stated how he and his team were sick of hearing about how good the Cowboys were and how they were going to invade the state of Minnesota. And that he told his team-"don't worry about what the media is saying about them"


I knew the media hype played into how agressive the Vikings came out in the beginning of the game. Well now we know why Minny looked so good because they haven't looked that good all season.

The Vikings kicked out butts and the media had nothing to do with it.

The Vikings simply wanted it more then we did.

Reality rules... i am as unhappy as the next fan but I am not going to blame the other team. What's fair is fair. They punched us in the mouth, bloodied our noses and then spit on us. I wanted us to do that to them and I'm p.o.ed that it did not happen but I am also man enough to give the other team props for doing what they were supposed to do. It is what it is I guess. Now it's time to look forward.

Wade had a chance to run up the score on some teams this year, but did not. He would have run it again on 4th and 3 in that situation to try to run the clock. It they don't pick it up then so be it.

Wade has too much class for that. It isn't even about sportsmanship, or being politically correct, it was just unneccessary.

Maybe we don't need a coach like Wade then.....because we seem to get blown out with all his niceness....Oh well, I guess we'll have to deal with it one more year. After-all, he did get us a playoff win this year... <sigh> Enjoy the offseason Bubba...meanwhile enjoy the "meanie" coaches during the championship games. LOL

At the end of this thing, 31 coaches and teams are disappointed, and only 1 is happy.

There's room for both, though. I understand that we got our ***** handed to us and I think the Vikings' move was bush league. The first point is far more important than the 2nd point but I'll damn sure be rooting for the Saints next week.
