I heard they are getting married because their kids wanted them to. They had said that they wouldn't marry until everyone in the US could marry.

As a parent, I think it's cool that they've given their kids' opinions some weight in their decision to marry. I mean, it's admirable that they took a stand for something they believe in, but I think your family has to come first.

I actually like Canada. I've been to Montreal a few times and also spent a week at a lake reserve somewhere north east of Montreal. The wife and I plan to go to Vancouver sometime soon. It would have been this week, but we are heading to San Francisco instead. (I have family in CA)

Those it's definitely true that there are a lot of Canadians think they are better than Americans. It's those that I pick on the most.

Oh all my positions here are what I believe and I wasn't just being contrarian for the hell of it, but if it gets good or bad attention, I really don't care.

I could easily play the role of the masses on this site and be a right wing conservative who loves guns, death penalty, is anti-choice etc just to fit in, but then I would be lieing to myself would I not?
