It was sad as i grew older to realize sham is another Mickey.

That Lance trade was dumb off as reported it was true Jerry was competing with himself and he didn’t consult McClay, like “hey give me 5 minutes I’ll call you back”

Mingo seems like same.

Both could have been had for less… makes cooper trade that much more dumb

He wasn't always that way, though. I guess he's close enough to retirement he just says screw it now.

As for Mingo... I haven't seen one single thing to indicate he can play at all. He's a big athlete who can't, or doesn't want to, play football.

He was just on offering his insight. He thinks the Mingo trade is very questionable but he was defending the Trey Lance trade. His basic stance was: Sure now you can say it wasnt a good trade, but at the time, giving up a 4th for him made complete sense.

No, it didnt. Jethro was always going to re sign dak. It was a complete and utter waste of a pick. Just like Mingo.

Both trades were over pays but 4th round picks are a dime a dozen. For every Dak (comp 4th) there are more Roshon Johnsons and Braedon Daniels.

If the FO trades a 4th and plays the guy and it doesn’t work out…then at least they took a shot and it didn’t work out. But to just let Lance sit and not play him, especially in these circumstances, is just asinine. And it makes one wonder when the FO and MM would say that he was putting in the work and doing well.
