It's beyond heartbreaking, Sham called it something like "romo....goes deep to the endzone....TOUCHDOWWWWWNNN DEZZZZZ BRYANT!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

I was too. I went nuts. Went outside starting yelling like a maniac and some old dude gave me a look like what's wrong with you? Then I come back inside to see that the call was overturned.

Heartbreaking. Gut wrenching.

Sham was very emotional and hacked off at Dez after the fumbled punt. He demonstrably yelled, "DEZ, YOU SHOULD BE BENCHED!!"

I've never heard Brad call out a player that directly. Ever.

Took the family to branson for the weekend.
There are some hillbillys in northern Arkansas that thought I had lost my mind when sham called the touchdown.
In fact, I'm pretty sure I did!
Then the reversal.
You have got to have a strong constitution to follow this bunch.

I was at my wife's soccer game stadning on about the 3rd row of bleachers listening to it on the radio. Nothing special was happening in the soccer game, then Dez made the catch and I screamed, jumped off the bleachers like David Lee Roth, did a little TD dance and spiked my hat. Then the replay officials killed my buzz.

I remember jumping up with my fists clinched, arms raised in a TD pose yelling "WHOOOOHOOO!"
My two year old daughter looked at me bug-eyed. Think I scared her a little bit. Then came the replay and and the questioning. Heartbreak!

That's why we watch the games. Even the realists get excited, then come in here and blow off steam by laughing it off, and telling everyone how right they were and how foolish everyone else is who still holds out hope because we love our Cowboys, no matter what.

Every second that went by, I was getting increasingly worried that the call would be reversed.

But I felt the worst for this kid that was sitting near me. He was 8 or 9 and he had a look of pure joyon his face when it was signalled a TD. after the reversal, he looked devastated. That was the worst part for me.
