Interesting guy I drafted him late in my draft as he was sitting there with value that late in the draft. I'm curious to see how he does. He is playing out his rookie contract so this is his final year. He could make serious cash if he plays well. Serious cash, 100 mill contract cash.

He has already made some serious cash. Once he gets paid for this season that will complete his 6 year $78 million rookie deal. He already has $65 million of that total amount. That is $36,000 per pass attempt or $1.1 million per TD pass in his career.

Bradford has had success in making money in the NFL, but thats about it when it comes to his success

It's crazy Foles signed a three year extension. Terms can't help but throw money at QBs. Really makes me think someone will trade for RG3.

If Bradford does well--say, 37 TD, 14 Int, 4500 yards, no injury--they will have a problem. Those numbers can command 18 million per year or more. Cox is up for a new deal, and as one of the best D-lineman in the league, will want to get paid. Lane Johnson graded out as the best right tackle in football last year, and as the heir to Peter's left tackle spot in a few years, he will need to be paid. Kelce as well, since he is a top three center. And how much are they paying Murray? Maxwell is making 10 mill per year too. Eagles will have some choices to make.

He'll want Eli money then.

The Eagles will ship him out of town.

I think it's smart for Bradford to gamble on himself. If he has a big year the Eagles would have to franchise him to keep him off the open market. That's going to be a big number. If he does hit the open market, with the desperation that so many franchises face in finding an NFL starting QB, the bidding will be competitive.

It will be funny if the Eagles lose him to a team like the Browns after giving up their other starter and a premium pick. They will be in line for a potential comp pick the following year, but will also have Sanchez and another offseason of draft trade-up/veteran trade panic.

I'm really surprised that the Eagles didn't make an extension for Bradford part of the trade. They left the leverage in his lap if he stays healthy.

Prediction - Bradford is a Pro Bowl QB this year. 35 TDS and 4500 passing yards. The Eagles sign him long term and he blows out his ACL is the first playoff game.

EVERY NFL team faces the problems with the salary cap at one time or another. One of the reasons why Dallas got rid of Murray was to make sure that they remained under the cap.
Is Darren McFadden really going to be the work horse for the Cowboys? I realize that Dallas has a good offensive line, but Darren McFadden?
O.K. We'll see.
