I was just taking a look at some of our past games and it occurred to me that he's been the best (other than Ware going against QBs) at forcing fumbles for the last few years and doesn't really get due credit for this.

For instance, I was scouting Alex Barron from the Rams game in 07 and noticed a fumble he forced on Brian Leonard that was brought back by a Demarcus Ware offside. I also recall the one on Leonard Weaver late last year, one on Julius Jones in 08, the one on Heath Miller in the Pitt game (also in 08) and a couple of others that are vague in my mind.

For all the talk about this Defense needing to cause more turnovers, this guy has been consistent with that and should get the kudos. Although, those fumbles could probably be negated by all his dropped interceptions over the years:laugh2:

Roy Williams sucks, needs to be cut.

Rodgers > Romo

Camp cupcake.

Sorry, needed some balance in this thread. It felt weird. Bradie's probably the most underrated player on the team. Luckily, we should have him for at least 5 more seasons.

I predict Spencer will get a few strips this year as well. He's always going for that rip move, like he did last year when he stripped Campbell but his knee was ruled down on review. As strong as he is, I think this year it will pay off.

I totally agree with that. One of the best plays that we unnoticed last season was the 2nd Giants game when Spencer did his patented swim move on a run block attempt by the fullback, Hedgecock (I think), stopped Jacobs for like a gain of one and ripped the ball out the way you mentioned. But Eli recovered the fumble.

Dude, that was freakin' boss when Jay Ratliff stripped Bradshaw and recovered the fumble. That was like a fatality in Mortal Kombat.

I marvel at this play, but there wasn't much talk about it.

Yeah Bradie stripped him and recovered the ball...

Bradie has come a long way. Remember when he couldn't cover the flats?

Yes he has. He seems to be causing more fumbles these days as well..

I think Wade puts Bradie in much better position to make plays than Parcells/Zimmer ever did.

But yes, he has improved a lot too.

Wade was the best thing to ever happen to Bradie.

Definitely one of the most underrated guys on the team.

He makes up for his lack of speed with good instincts and dude is rarely out of position.

I hope Wade will use the 46 defense some more like he did in 2008. Bradie had his best season when Wade used the 46 and the defense as a whole played well.
