Bradie James?

Besides the 25 yard catch he gave up to Rosario, he didn't play horrible.

Not a lot of guys do when you only give up 7 points.

Yeah and my initial thought was great coverage but a greater throw.

Especially when you realise Hamlin should've been there to make a play but Hamlin plays in mud.

Carolina got him on a mismatch Dante Rosario, you are not going to win every matchup add to that Jake put the ball on the money on that throw and the following throw over Jenkins for the TD to Rosario. That was pretty much the highlights for the Panthers for the game after that not much to write home about for them

Hamlin was pretty busy standing in the middle of the field with 20 yards of green around him in every direction.

You know...just in case.

That said, the announcers did kill him a little too much on the TD pass to Rosario. That was Jenkins' third but instead of playing his spot, Jenkins bit up on the underneath route and realized too late that Rosario was streaking.

I thought James played well last night. One of my favs on this defense. I haven't a clue as to what Carpenter was doing out there. I don't think he knew either.

Wanna talk terrible? Talk Carpenter.

And man, Victor Butler? Oh hell yeah. that dude was bringin it. Hope he gets more playin time soon.

True and on that TD Jake was looking 1st at Steve Smith who was one on one with Newman. Hamlin ran to that side leaving the 1 on 1 with Rosario and jenkins. Hamlin would have caught hell had Smith got the TD because he did not get over the top. The 1st down catch clearly Hamlin should have gotten over to help James though

Yeah that was a tougher play for sure but Hamlin has got to get better.

I didn't pay close attention to him in week 1 but week 2 & 3 he has been awful.

If Hamlin starts playing like he is on a consistent basis then I think we should switch to Alan Ball.

We may lose something in the run game but he is out there giving it 100%.

I don't know about losing anything in the run game, Alan Ball looked like he was trying to lay mofo's out in preseason

Really one of the top tacklers lastnight. You really do not have a clue as to what you are watching either that or your not happy unless you are complaing. Sorry Dallas won maybe they will lose next week to give you more space to do what you do best whine

But i saw the TE run past him and catch a pass in the two minute drill.... he has to be terrible...

Burnett wasn't physical at all. It's tough, you want a guy who can run, but is physical enough to tackle well. God I miss Dixon Edwards......loved that guy's game.

BTW: bradie was FINE last night: can't wait for JWill take Barbie's job though....more Butler and Jwill and NO Barbie would make me happy. I liked Brooking's run support last night too BTW. I would expect McDaniel to try and exploit that on 1st down in Denver this Sun. They aren't nearly as vanilla as Carolina IMO.

You can't let facts like that get in the way Yeager. All they care about is that he left so it's on us not him. Facts just cloud that for some.

It doesn't.

Very true...thanks for straightening me out on that ;)

Naw, Rosario looked like he had a lot of separation.

But yeah, Hamlin showed terrible instincts on that play. Like the announcers mentioned, dude was staring him down the entire time.

Time for Ken to go play with Barbie on the bench.

Schwing!
