At least Peyton does have one SB ring. And people seem to be forgetting about that!

Yes the water boy helped the team as well fact is he was not that great he had no where close to the talent of guys like Elway and Peyton who he has made these remarks about. Hell they knew how to line up under center while that moron was laughed off the field when he was lining up behind the gaurd. He played on an outstanding team and while Terry may want to take the credit he was not that good

Adding is an issue apparently.

I can add I can also understand a player who benifets greatly because of the team he plays on. Heck Joe Gilliam and Terry Hanratty both had winning records when Bradshaw was out of the lineup. Big help when you can make mistakes aka throw ints or fumble the ball and you defense gives up no points off of it.

I STILL love the question and answer... "What's was your QB rating"? .... "4 Super Bowls"... Lol

Peyton is frozen when he plays a good D. If Rex played the superbowl like he did Weeks 1-5, the Bears would have crushed the Colts. Rex lost so much steam towards the end of the season they almost benched him. Peyton's post season record is awful. I hate Terry Bradshaw but he isn't wrong.

Back before Romo, Peyton was Romo.

Just saying, he had all the stats in the world but had trouble in the playoffs.

Not saying either one are chokers, just pointing out the playoff record similarity.

Im sure the E-Lie Lovers Club members that post here could tell you all about how clutch Terry was and that he won when the games mattered most. They might even try to convince you that he made the immaculate deception happen, or he put some voodoo hex on Jackie Smith. I mean, after all he has the RINGS!

Hey even this guy got a ring when the Mavs got rings and he never made a shot or collected a rebound. Never even suited up, but hey, he has a ring! Its all about the rings.

Eli Manning during the 2011 postseason set the single-postseason record for yards and completions while posting a 9/1 TD/INT ratio and 100.3 passer rating

Yeah, he was pretty damn clutch.

I think he's had a faulty system around him. He's basically the O-Coordinator and play caller for the team. You get into playoff games against better teams and sometimes you need that input from the sidelines. I think I can recall Peyton's offense running a trick play once the entire time I've seen him in his career. So it really relies on him being able to read the defense and call the play based on that. More often than not he can see it, sometimes he can't. And he has won a Super Bowl and has had some awesome postseason performances.

YR

He got us for a trick play on the qb sneak....

If Peyton makes it back to Super Bowl. I wouldn't trust him. And the pressure of the label would be too great.

If it wasn't Grossman and the Bears. He would only have Super Bowl losses.
