Brandon Jacobs shoving Ware

The term is "Friendly", that what this team is. They play like they don't want the other team to get mad at them. As far a Ware goes, I have said it before and I'll say it again. He does not scare the other teams offensive players. Quarterbacks don't want to be sacked by him for the sake of being sacked, but they are not afraid to be hit by him and neither are the running backs... Do you think Jacobs would push Marvin Harrison of Pittsburgh, or even Clay Mathews, or pick any other LB that does not play soft. No he wouldn't because he knows they will come back.
James Harrison, Marvin was the Colts WR, but people might not want to push him either.

I cannot stand Jacobs. Wanna know how much I hate him? Let's just say if he suffered a career injury I wouldn't be shedding tears for him.
I wouldnt mind seeing him get Theismaned that would be fun.

LMAO! There are people actually mad at Ware for not doing something?

RIGHT!

And if he'd thrown a punch, got caught, and got kicked out of the game you same folks would be blasting him for not being a leader and losing his cool and getting himself kicked out of such an important game.

LMAO! i love how some people see throwing punches, hitting people late and acting like a fool because some moron shoves them as being a leader and heart on the football field.

I guess Albert Haynesworth has the most heart of any player who ever played the game since he likes to stop on the heads of players that piss him off.

DON'T CROSS ALBERT!!! HE'S ALL HEART AND ATTITUDE!!!

Your comments about Ware are spot on. I would love for someone to conduct a poll of starting NFL QBs to see who they would most prefer to be sacked by, if they had to take a sack.

I would say that Ware would win hands down. Like being tackled by a giant teddy bear.

Ware didn't even have is helmet on, at what part of the game did this happen?

Sorry for the confusion, this is the part I actually wanted to know.

I remember when Ware took his helmet off immediately after the play and was upset about the refs (btw that should be a penalty, thankfully it wasn't). But I didn't see the Jacobs push until last night.

So...

A.) Why was Ware upset in the first place?
B.) I can't stand Brandon Jacobs.

This defense is as tough as Wade Phillips could make it.:

Wade and his top rated defense says "Hi" from the playoffs.

You should change your name to Charmin or something, as much damage as Jacobs has done to the psyche of this team, few here would have objected to a 15 yard penalty.

If Ware would have push Manningham or someone like that after the play maybe I can see your point but Jacobs? That guy represent the roadblock we can't get past, he's the bully on the block either you're going to get your butt whipped everyday or your going to stand and fight, which is it going to be?

If you fight you may still lose but at least you'll have your self respect and the respect of others.

what was sad was that after hatcher made a great tackle on jacobs, he helped him up and patted him on the back.

Guh. Wade's defense has been drafting defense high for years and made a smart move to beef up it's secondary with one of the better cornerbacks in the league, Jonathan Joseph. Yes Wade is a good defensive coordinator. Move on.

He's an awful head coach so we couldn't keep him and his defense became predictable here.

Also the Texans had a rather light schedule against offenses if you exclude the Saints (who scored 41 on them), and played the AFCS twice. That's the Jags featuring Blaine 'I'm ducking when the ball is snapped' Gabbert twice, the colts with no Peyton Manning twice, and the Tennessee Titans twice. Those numbers are a bit inflated.

If Ware throws a punch he gets tossed from the game and what good would have come from that? All Jacobs would do is laugh because he baited him in to it.

it happened cos we're a team of cream puffs. No way it happens like that with james harrison, or with a marc colombo on the field.
I am fed up of this being a sift ***** team. Its embarrassing

Hey, I'm just saying it's hard to knock a guy whose defense is one of the best in the league.

He wasn't a good head coach and his defense suffered because of his head coaching duties imo.

His defense was good in San Diego and now in Houston that all I'm saying.

He had his helmet on. The only thing that would be broken is Ware's hand. So if we somehow had won the game Ware wouldn't be able to play because he'd have a broken hand. Is it still worth it?

This probably explains why Ware was flexing after he got to Eli, it was uncharacteristic.

The only real retaliation to Jacobs' mouth is to win the win or to make sure Eli is so battered by the end that he feels like they lost, we did neither.

that is not the point

the point is, why does jacobs feel it is OK to do this?

because our team allows it

if he did that to harrison, he may or may not retaliate but jacobs would know that the whole defense (and specifically harrison) would be coming for his head and his legs the rest of the game

that is why he would not do it to them but would do it to us

it is called intimidation

we dont have it
