According to ESPN, charges were dropped. Doubt he gets punished.

So..Pacman was never charged with anything but the arrests and altercations caused him to get suspended.

Was just reporting a fact and nothing more.
God, you are annoying.

Pacman was suspended indefinitely from his days as a TITAN. He came back AFTER we traded for him. Goodell probably have him a warning of "if I even hear that you are THINKING of screwing up, I'll suspend you."

He probably also told the same thing to Brandon when he let him off the 3 game suspension. The guys is in trouble.

The charges being dropped may get him out of the jam but it's possible, cause he's already had a few off the field issues since getting into the league, that he'll get suspended for a couple games anyway. This will drag out though, most likely, until deep into the summer.

BRANDON MARSHALL ARRESTED (AGAIN)
Posted by Gregg Rosenthal : Sunday, March 1, 2009 11:54 PM

It has been a long work weekend for everyone around the NFL, especially the Broncos. It just got a lot worse for them.

Brandon Marshall was arrested for disorderly conduct in Atlanta Sunday. Scant details are available, but Marshall was reportedly involved in a fight and has been let get on $300 bond.

As NFL arrests go, well, there have been a lot worse. But this is Marshall's fourth arrest and he was already suspended three games last year (reduced to one) for violating the NFL's conduct policy.

Commissioner Roger Goodell has been clear about his stance with repeat offenders. Their punishment gets dramatically worse with each offense. Marshall is in deep trouble with the league, no matter what happens with his legal case

Good stuff. So, he and Q-Car should hook up. Q-Car and B-Mar

LEAGUE “WILL LOOK IN TO” LATEST MARSHALL ARREST
Posted by Mike Florio on March 2, 2009, 11:19 a.m.

The fact that authorities quickly dismissed disorderly conduct charges against Broncos receiver Brandon Marshall doesn’t mean that Marshall will escape the long arm of the league office.

NFL spokesman Greg Aiello tells us that Marshall’s escape from legal scrutiny has no bearing on his status under the Personal Conduct Policy.

“We will look in to it,” Aiello said as to the fourth arrest of Marshall since March 2006.

As we’ve long believed, the arrest does as much damage to the image of the league as any conviction or guilty plea. And guys who regularly find themselves in trouble either have horrible luck, or they just don’t get it.
