Brandon Williams

I thought he was underrated heading into the draft, but my lord theyve overloaded on DE-OLB.
I suspect Jason Williams will be an inside backer.

I really like this pick. The type of guy Phillips can really work wonders with. Wade will have him in the face of QB's soon enough.

1000% more athletic than Justin Rogers.

Apparently we are finally serious at pressing the QB

Ummmm we led the league in sacks last year :laugh2:

If you consider were trying to cut ties with Ellis and Barbie, we are about breaking even. lol

Ya, good point if that's what they are shooting for then I get what their doing! lol. no way Ellis is on this roster next year. Brandon Williams and Victor Butler are both OLB's.

This draft really screams that Ellis is good as gone. Maybe we can work a deal for another need position for Ellis.

Drew Boylhart (thehuddlereport.com) rates Brandon as a 4th rd prospect. He think he's really raw, but could develop into a solid DE in time.

If he was from Oregon State, you guys would hate him.

I'm an equal opportunity hater. I already hate him.:lmao2:

Pass rush specialist for now. Not really good at anything else, bit soft agains the run, even for his size. Liked Sulak better, more physical, but not a bad pick. Ellis is gone, 2 pass rushers in a row.

Weve been serious for a long time, weve just been horrible at evaluating talent.

very very very few who go in the 4th round are a stud. take of the RR glasses for just one second.

very underwhelming pick.

Looks like Ellis is a goner for sure now, and by drafting two OLB/hybrid types they are also sending a subtle message to Spencer too.

Totally rebuilding the LB positions, inside and out.
