He was never as good as Butler...he wasn't supposed to be...that's why we drafted Butler before drafting Williams.

Now, he's behind Butler in athletic ability and experience due to last year's injury. Butler backs up both Ware and Spencer on game day, just as Lee backs up both ILB spots.

It is what it is.

He probably wont be fully back from his injury till his 2nd year. They say, often, you are not back to normal, till 2 years after ACL injury. So until next year, I don't think we will know. But by next TC, Cowboys ought to know.

We'll probably add him to the cut list soon, further signifying the bounty of talent that was the 2009 draft. It's slowly become more and more apparent to me that Wade's defensive "genius" was non existent.

He was here for 3 years, and what real talent and major contributors does he have to his credit on the defensive side? Jenkins?

I'm as big a fan of bashing the 2009 Draft as anyone but Brandon Williams is 22 years old and coming off ACL surgery. He gets at least another year to show if he's a player or not.
