Well this idea game to me while reading the thread where someone broke down the defense by position, all-pro etc;.

So you can divide it however you want, but I will divide it into: Perrenial Pro-Bowler/All-Pro, Potential Perrenial pro-bowler/all-pro, good/not easily replaceable player and Replaceable player. Giving us 4 tiers of players. I also have an unknown/Rookies category since you really don't know where they belong yet.

My breakdown:

Tier 1(perrenial Pro-Bowlers/All-Pro/UN-replaceable players):
Tony Romo
Jason Witten

Tier 2(Potential Perrenial Pro-Bowlers/All-Pros):
Miles Austin
Felix Jones

Tier 3: (good Players/Difficult to replace):
Leonard Davis
Andre Gurode
Tashard Choice
Kyle Koiser

Tier 4: (Replaceable Players):
Roy Williams
Marc Colombo
Marion Barber
Patrick Crayton
Sam Hurd
Deon Anderson

Unknowns/Rookies:
Dez Bryant, John Phillips, Doug Free, Kevin Ogletree, Martellus Bennett.

If I forgot anyone im going to feel stupid, this is a opinion based-discussion.

Bennett needs to be in the unknown, he has done nothing to be rated as good player/difficult to replace, since John Phillips has already replaced him on the roster,

And we seen what happened to this offensive line when Kosier missed time due to injury and is our most athletic linemen on the roster, and was the best offensive linemen last year, he belongs in the good player list

Changed it. I actually had those two things originally but changed it when I reliezed that everyone and their mom wanted us to draft Iupati to replace Koiser.

People have wanted to replace Koiser for like 3 years now. A bunch of them finally learned something about the O-Line when he was injuried in 08 and missed the majority of the year and realized he was a better player than they thought but he's still one of the guys everyone is always looking to replace.

Felix is kinda high. Let's see what he can do for an entire season before labeling him a probowler.

I think you forgot Matt Nichols. Shouldn't he be in Tier 1?

you named 19 players on a 53 man roster?

i'm sure it wouldn't be that difficult to replace Kosier or Gurode if our team knew how to spot good o-linemen.

Do you know what perennial means?

And Kudus to you R2A for being smart enough not to place Austin in the perennial column yet, even we all know you were itching to! Makes your OP 100% more viable than it would have been otherwise.

Do you know that Flozel Adams no longer plays for the Dallas Cowboys?

Yeah, that response says it all. Thanks for playing.

Wasn't going to list backup o-linemen now. I was listing people that actually see time on the field.
