What I believe is we have to expose their linebackers as average. That means TEs and RBs Screens... The Giants rely heavily on the D-line and also Landon Collins to cover up weaknesses. Keep the Giants Defense on the field and wear them down with runs and long time consuming plays. I would use Elliott,McFadden,Morris, and Rod Smith and ram them down their throat. 1st half the Giants will hold up but 2nd half they will be exhausted..TIME OF POSSESION not airing it out.. Cole Beasley againist their 3rd corner should be a plus for us. Keep grinding and Dak needs to scramble when they finally get close to him and wear them out even more with his legs besides trying to win on his arm in this game. 2nd half the Giants should be for the pickings in the air after we have them worn out........On defense we need to expose their o-line. LT.Flowers really needs to be on the RT o-line,LG Pugh is piling up injuries be physical with him and slam him down as much as possible .C.Richberg is average other teams he wouldn't start,RG Jerry gets lazy, wear him out with speed, RT Bobby Hart is average and tall long limb DEs and speed rushers should have a field day. .....Hit Eli multiple times take the penalties and keep flooring him all game. he gets happy feet and will wilt.......Shut Odell Beckham down with double coverage a corner and Byron Jones on him every play. Take him out of the game completely... That rookie TE Evan Engram hit him hard over the middle. Heath needs to go for his knees...... Paul Perkins just him hard and let him know he is in for a long day if he gets the football......Well that would be my strategy ,what is yours?

Mix it up and keep them off balance. I disagree that we should keep it simple and just try to ram it down their throat. That makes us easier to defend, especially for a team with a good Dline. We need to keep them guessing. Take some shots downfield, screens, slants, and a little bit of everything. Yes, we definitely need to run on them, but we can't just simply try to run them into the dirt.

Cover the short/intermediate routes to force Eli to hold the ball. Drop DEs into passing lanes or use 3-man line to get extra coverage player on the field.

The Giants feel they have us figured out. They know our offense immensely well which is not saying much and went ahead and beefed up their DLine to stop the run and force us in 3rd and long situations. They have been very successful in confusing Dak and even Romo has been fooled by them.We are in trouble if get into a lot of 3rd and long situations.I think having both Beasley and Switzer on the field together will be very beneficial this game to move the chains with minimal risk.I dont trust our Defense at all ,the best we can hope for is they dont have a game changing mistake like a short slant going for a TD via a missed tackle.

This.

People always lament the pass rush, but as fast as the Giants get the ball out, the pass rush doesn't come into play unless you cover the short and intermediate routes.

My five point plan…
1. Hit Eli
2. Hit Eli
3. Hit Eli
4. Hit Eli
5. Hit Eli
I would like this but it seems everytime we actually get a pressure on Eli, he spikes the ball into the ground. I can't be the only one who has noticed this

First. Have Sean Lee take Sheli out during the coin toss.
OK really, run Zeke early and often, run some plays with multiple RB's, basically do what we haven't been doing in the past few times we met them. We are going to have to be less predictable on offense.

At the risk of kick-starting yet another JG thread, my game plan would start with JG and the Cowboy's coaches out-maneuvering, out-coaching their NYG counterparts. For once, I would like to walk away from a game thinking the key to success was superior coaching.

Pass early....again and again. I like Dak's chances of finding someone open for a first down every 3 plays. We must put points on the board early, not fall into playing catchup.

Run late....again and again after loosening them up and getting them in nickel/dime packages. Playaction; mix it up.

Do NOT try to force the run with extra blockers, etc. spread em out with 3 WRs and TE....run from that set.

Don't think they can stop us so goal is to limit their offense to 17 or less. 20 likely wins for us maybe even 25.

You need adequate pressure but Eli will get the ball out quickly. Still need the pressure esp for breakdowns and coverage sacks. That really leaves it up to the pass defense. Zak is key I think as they will sell out to stop the run. He has to be able to run and spread them out as well as make those middle, slant and long routes to back them off. Protect the ball is vital. A negative turnover diff is a killer for us.

We'll have to try to confuse him although he's pretty good at reads. Mostly we'll play nickel and dime (as long as we stop the run first) and I'll say Cover two primarily with 2 cover LBers likely Wilson and Lee. I wouldn't ask Jay to start out with that although appears he'll start with two other LBers. May see some 3 DL looks and 6-8 DBs if they can't run well. We'll mix it up as it goes. Probably see some zone outside and man under and middle with a Cover 1.

We'll see. It'll flow as the game goes esp depending on the score. Love to get up 10-14 early and force their game plan to change.

Dak has to make them pay for crowding the LOS to stop the run. They disguised coverages and blitzed very well and he just needs to make the quick reads and make them pay. That was a tall order for a rookie last season.

Spread our offense out. Go five wide and have Zeke as the lone back. Go hurry up offense. We get into trouble when we go max protect and then run the ball up the middle.

On defense, we should go after Eli by blitzing him. Use Jaylon to blitz and have him move around the LOS.

We can beat the Giants. But we lose because our coaching staff keeps doing the same damn thing over and over and expecting different results.

Thats called insanity!
