Yeah, we lost. I'm pissed too. Especially considering it was a division rival at home. It's the type of loss that could potentially bite you at the end of the year.

But let's keep some perspective. We're 3-1 after 4 games. No, we're not invincible. Anybody who thought we were was kidding themselves. Not even the '92, '93, or '95 Cowboys were invincible. All of those teams lost regular season games they should've won, too.

Remember how tough our first 3 games were supposed to be? Considering the "tough" start to the season, if I was told before the season that we'd be 3-1 after 4 games, I'd be cool with it.

Yeah, our D sucked today. But it was very solid last week and in week 1.

Yeah, our O sucked today for the most part. But it was very solid in weeks 1-3.

It's not a sprint, it's a marathon. This is a minor setback in the grand scheme of things... no, we won't be #1 in "Power Rankings" on Tuesday. And no, I don't care. Like Romo said recently, it's not about being #1 in week 4, it's about being #1 at the end of the year.

We'll dust ourselves off, SMASH the Bengals next week, and the sun will be shining once again. :starspin

I was about to start a thread similar to this.

I'm as disgusted as anyone for many reasons.

Most of all because perhaps were not quite as good as I thought.

Closer to the truth is the Commanders are much much better than any of us thought.

But let me ask a question.............HOW MANY POINTS DID WE LOSE BY?

Because if our Romo and our Offense sucked and if Newman and our defense sucked, I'm guessing we lost by at least 2 TD's!
