he just said cowboys were the toughest team in the east, then turned right around and said they would beat us twice this year:lmao:

That's because Brooking made him sooo mad by saying their offense was predictable last year...

I know Hamlin got a lot of flack here, and I understand why, but one great thing he did was hitting Celek right in the mouth last year. Yeah, it was worth 15 yards.

Celek is a stud ... but that team is going to see pretty quickly that they don't have it at QB

Dallas defense really got after Celek....I believe he was knocked out of one of the games. Celek is in tight spot because he basically has a rookie QB throwing to him now and Dallas defense looks like its on the verge of serious nastiness.

yeah but check Celeks numbers in the games that Kolb started. Celek is Kolbs favorite target by far, he should have a HUGE season and I think he likes the QB Change.

come on man...what is he suppossed to say? that the team he is on will lose when they play? would you want one of our guys saying that?

celek, i have something for you and your big mouth

:eagles:

:storm:
TE celek

I don't see anything wrong with what he said. If anything, i respect the fact that he was honest about Dallas being the team to beat... and realistically, seemed a bit humbled after those last two butt whoop in's the 'Boys laid on them. I remember he was talking 'smack', the week they were to head back to Big 'D' for the playoff game.

Yeah but..............The Cowboys don't the Eagles until late into the season, which gives Kolb enough time to figure out what's going on.

Concurrently, it gives defenses time to figure out his kryptonite ala Derek Anderson a few years back.

He's an overrated punk. If you get hit in the mouth and wimp out like he did...........got no respect for him. Can you imagine him losing his helmet like Witten did against the egirls that time and still busting arse down the field? Yeah.....he'd drop and turtle on the field.

I happened to think they have a QB. I keep telling you guys not to right the guy off.

If I'm right Celek he got 2 back to back 100 yd. games when Kolb was the QB.

Actually works out for the Cowboys because we will have tons of film on the guy by then.

This is really a hidden nugget. This next season, Dallas will be compared to the team that it plays each week. The dynamics of it's own system will remain somewhat hidden in the process. Once a stressed Philadelphia plays Dallas, they will be driven by a sense of previous failure this time, and Dallas will be operating on function that they exploited the previous season and a full season of film on a young team trying to establish strengths.
