It was bad enough I had to listen to his bias rant during the game. Actually calling a Dez names during the game, pretty pathetic as well as unprofessional. Why didn't he have a problem with Ray doing the same thing up and down the sidelines in Baltimore?

Now after all the talking heads on every show imaginable coming to their own conclussions about what Dez was actually saying, and were all wrong, they must feel pretty stupid.

To me, Billick just came off as a guy that was insecure as a coach. I've seen coaches like Parcells get into it with players or even a couple of years ago when Tom Brady and Bill O'Brien got into it. It happens and most good coaches get over it pretty quickly.

If it's about winning and the offense not getting their act together then I can't imagine a coach worth a salt being so offended about a heated discussion (which this was not even an argument). Perhaps it was the way I was raised, but something like this is emotional and I can handle a little yelling.

For Billick to be so easily offended by it just came off is very insecure and the type of coach that would be paranoid that the world is trying to screw him over. Of course, if you ever saw Billick's offenses in Baltimore he probably had WR's that wanted to kill him.

Another awesome sign of his brilliance, Billick moved the Commanders up 4 spots in his power pole after they get pasted for 45 points.
