Thank you for showing AOA, FELIX, CHOICE, and whoever else was put out there the last few years what a decent kick returner looks like.

one thing we can check off of the 'needs list' for next year.

things we still need...

new ol, dl, lb, safeties, and cb.

Its far too early to check anything off. Let's see how he does the rest of the season. Felix was just as good his 1st year here.

Not so fast on the safeties. I thought Church showed a lot. I want him starting out there now.

How in the heck did AOA beat him out of the KR role. Another obvious indictment of the coaching staff.

I hope AOA is a better corner/safety than he is a returner.

Eh...the Packers are ranked like 27th in average kickoff field position, mostly due to Crosby looking like Nick Folk on kickoffs. It's easy to get some returns when the kickoffs are short and you're fielding from the 15

He was a bright spot. I was going to make a thread about him. He showed vision and patience. Basically he and Dez were the only things worth watching last night. Well, I had Clay Matthews and Brandon Jackson in fantasy football, so that was good I guess...

I may of let it slide if you only misspelled the first or last name. It's Bryan McCann.

And back on topic, you're right, he did a very good job.

:wink2:

He was still a breath of fresh air, don't you think? He was actually hustling for more yardage. Imagine that.

Well at least McCann showed a heartbeat....more than I say for about forty-plus others on the team.

not cocky or bad attitude. I watched him for years at SMU and he comes to play whether the Team is 1-4 or 4-1. Now in saying this I really don't think he could ever start at CB full-time. He would be nothing more than a Return man and backup CB.

agree with this. He had some energy, some life and I'm sure alot of that had to do with it being his first game. There aren't many, if any, positives but he was one of them.

Promising...but it is more than just one game interview process. I think the key for McCann is can he continue to be productive as a kick returner and develop into a fourth corner on this team. If so, I think he has a decent chance of making the team next year.

He will have plenty of chances to return kicks for the remainder of the year.

I enjoyed watching mccann yesterday, he actually tried to make people miss, while aoa just runs straight into defenders and can get tackled by air
