In watching the Red River shootout, I got pretty enamored with Orakpo. He took Loadholt to school and at the time, Loadholt looked to be a first round tackle (heck, he still ended up in the 2nd and almost in Dallas). That was largely enough to sell me on Orakpo, but upon further research I agree with some of the criticism of him. I haven't seen any type of pass rushing moves and he's stiff. Just as that scout says, everything he does comes in a straight line. He won't be on a different plane of athleticism from NFL tackles like he was against college ones. I'm not saying the guy won't be able to play very well in the NFL, but I wouldn't annoit him.
