i don't think trading for a back every crossed their mind, unless we get hit with multiple injuries at the position. They signed 2 FA and drafted 2. they will roll with what they have.

Robinson had fumbling issues, seems to be injured often.
And with all those unknown RB”s why was he available (Mickey)
He is not some great RB as many want to think he is.

He is a very high paid RB in his 4th year. Do you think SF will retain him.

He is not any better than who we have on the roster.

I wonder too. Their RB room isn't anything to gawk over unless you believe 30 years-old Ekeler and Croskey-Merritt is a top 15 RBBC.

Yeah, that looks like a really weak RB room. Daniels will help with that with his threat to run. Not sure Ekeler has enough to be any more than a solid rotation guy. To be honest, I have no idea of most of the other guys.

On the other hand, SF may have 4 backs I like better than our starter. Seems like a lot of bodies to throw at RB.

Its not price prohibitive imo. They just want to see what Javonte, Blue and company can do. We always seem to have the utmost belief in our acquisitions.
