Brian Schottenheimer was with the Chargers when they drafted and utilized Darren Sproles. Just sayn’…..
All we need for him to be in the game for about 10-12 plays, touch the ball about 5-7 times And make 2-3 good plays. Just so the defense have to prepare for him. He will really be a change of pace back. These tiny guys are hard to track in the back field and hard to defend.

Radio Prescott can’t hit average to tall receivers in stride or accurately while stationary, what makes you think he can hit a midget accurately?? Some of you are missing the forest from the trees.
At least this kid is closer to the ground and he can use that on Dak’s underthrown passes.

Cowboys never used pollard properly in the passing game. What makes you think they do it with deuce?
I did mention over the last two seasons Moore needed to get Pollard the ball more in the open field.
Use his speed and quickness in the passing game.
Moore rarely did. Maybe with him gone, MM will do it. For Vaughn as well.

We’ve heard it for years with these gadget guys in the passing game. Never happens.

vaughn could be a hell of a weapon used properly. I have severe doubts.

Split backfield - with the QB under the center.
Cowboys wll roll.
Who’s pass blocking if they blitz? Deuce or pollard? Cuz as soon as they see those two guys in the backfield that’s what they are going to do.

That is my concern as well.
they best be getting Pollard a lot of reps at pass protection in TC.

Unless MM plans on using the UDFA FB on passing plays to block.

I'm just wondering if Deuce will have to go back to being Christopher Matthew if he can't get 22. Is 22 an unofficial hands off number like 74. 8 or 12?
It pretty much is. I could see him getting the number 11, 19, 27, 28, 29, 30, or a few more numbers

That is what Schoonmaker is for. He will stay in and block while Pollard and Duece run pass patterns.

I haven’t watched him a lot but his film is fun to watch. Very quick and gets to his top speed in a few steps. Also has change of direction/jukes without losing speed. Can be a weapon if used correctly. Being short (5’7”) I am pulling hard for this young man. Of course I pull hard for anyone wearing the Star

I am confident that MM and BS will design some packages to utilize Deuce’s skillset.

The kid led the RB class in pass yardage— so despite his size— he was not used sparingly in college.

With Jones in the backfield to spell Pollard as well, Deuce will likely see between 5-10 touches per game, and most of those will be in the passing game (hence MM referencing the Randall Cobb role for him).

It will be impossible for Dak to underthrow Deuce Vaughn.
I can see it now- radio skips a hall to deuce and drool falls out of his mouth breathing piehole. Deuce jogs off the field begging for his old k state qb.

No conversation needed about a disruptive insulting style...the Cowboys are good and Dak Prescott is its leader. Period,
Lots of leaders who self appoint themselves because of status. If the jones’ didn’t anoint radio with that contract, he would be qb2 for the renegades right now.

Just how many after action analysis have you been a part of? Fans are curious and radio interviews are a top way of discussing this topic. That doesn't always make it stupid or Jerry wrong.

Sometimes they do lead to solutions.

Follow the news on Ukraine or all the senseless group murders and now with children involved?

I'm well content with my Cowboys' discussions...

it was disgusting to hear Deuce get minimized by Mike Fisher this morning. Given the way deuce has produced at a bigtime school. I hope Deuce watches that video. The hatred vibes were real. He said hes not a perfect fit. I refuse to squash these guys like that. That is terrible. Give them a chance at least. Deuce deserves respect on his name. He has earned it! Why is he so scared of Deuce succeeding? It it that he wants Zeke? Is it change? Maybe its an old guy thing.
