According to ESPN.com's John Clayton, the Eagles declined an option in Brian Westbrook's contract that would have extended his deal beyond 2010.

Westbrook originally signed a five-year, $32M deal last August, and the Eagles had a $7M option that would have triggered years 2011 to 2013. Westbrook's base salary now increases from $4M to $5.85M in 2009 and leaps to $7.25M in 2010. He's scheduled to hit free agency following the 2010 season.

Hmmm...I wonder if they'll actually cut him this offseason in order to get his cap hit off the books. That's pretty interesting. I guess they like the McCoy kid enough already that they're not worried about getting rid of Westbrook.
