Is Brown good at blocking or playing ST? I can't see having room for him after Dez is back if not

What does Street provide us? Nothing. It would be stupid to cut a guy like Butler who showed he's capable of at least getting down the field and making a play.

Aaron Rodgers broke his collarbone just a couple seasons ago.
Brady missed a season with injury.
Peyton missed a season with injury
Brees spent some time injured earlier in his career.

Injuries happen, we should be happy Romo hasn't missed much time the past several seasons. I believe he has missed...2 games the last 4 seasons?

I do think Romo holds the ball longer than Brady which probably leads to more hits.

The Patriots have a short passing game and their OL is as good if not better than the Cowboys at least this year, and have been better for a long time.

A lot of times Romo is stuck waiting for plays to develop or has to buy time waiting for a receiver to get open because the play broke down.

Butler isn't the Cowboys number 1 WR, even with Dez out. It would be stupid to cut him based on what he hasn't done with Dez out. It's not like T Will is bringing the double team over like Dez would to get Butler in match-ups that would favor him.

When Dez comes back we may end up cutting Butler. Has he shown enough to be worth the swap of draft picks with the Raiders?

He's basically 2 for 2 with both being big gains. One was a catch and the other was a defender getting a Pi for interferening with him.

He was open multiple times in the Atlanta game but Weed was not going to throw past 10 yards in that game.

Brady missed most of a season with a knee injury some years back and Matt Cassel (yes that one) stepped in and led the Patriots to an 11-5 season. Defenses are allowed to cheap shot and late hit Romo with no flags. If I'm not mistaken, I vaguely remember there was some kind of new rule created after Brady was injured.

Probably more like 2 out of the next 5. We probably need to be at 4-5 when Romo comes back. Today's game is probably the hardest, but all 5 games before Romo gets back are winnable, so I like our chances to get at least 2 wins. Sitting at 4-5 when Romo comes back, it's not what we would hope for, but I would expect with Romo, we'll win a minimum of 5 out of the last 7 games. Even if we win ZERO games without Romo, 9 wins would still be possible, because other than @ Greenbay, I would think that Dallas would be favored in every other game starting with the Miami game... Would 9 wins get us in? Maybe, maybe not, but the season is not over until Romo loses a game...

Don't think were done at all. However, I think we should reassess our training program and see why our team has so much injuries - compared to other teams that have very few, like the Eagles. Maybe cutting down on practice time and trying to protect them is actually backfiring?
