If they added someone I would think it would need to be an X receiver.

Streets going to start because even if you bring in Reggie Wayne, by the time he learns the playbook, Dez is back

I am not worried about not having Dez against the Eagles. If anything it will make us more unpredictable. And the Eagles would have doubled team Dez anyway.

To beat the Eagles, our formula remains the same:

A. Play disciplined Gap filled defense
B. Win turnover battle
C. Win or don't lose special teams
D. Control ball with balanced run (or short RB passes) and pass game.

Whitehead will be a factor in the short passing game with Beasley and Dunbar. They have a full week to get him ready.

Street will be the 4th WR. They may call up Rodney Smith from the practice squad for depth.

One of the reasons not having Dez is a big loss.

His height gives him the edge to be the 3rd. Until he fails in the next game or so.

Never been impressed with Street. Even if Jenkins not brought back, Cowboys need to replace Street with Dez out. Guy is no longer a project, he needs to produce something, anything, when he gets targeted in real games.

I have been saying this since the cuts. It is a shame how sometimes the staff gets all caught up in the special teams aspect. Its not like Street does much anyways on STs.

I'm not a fan of Street. I've never had been since he was drafted. I just don't think he's game translates to the NFL. However, I do hope that I'm wrong.

I'm ok with trying out Jenkins. Maybe it might be the chance he's been waiting for and he's the type that can stretch the defense. Who knows. It might actually work out for the better. If he's productive while Bryant is out he might end up being THAT receiver that can stretch the D.

They'll keep Street active and involved but Lucky fits the scheme they are likely going to implement. Street really hasn't shown me what he does well yet.

I am with the majority with Street not impressing to this point BUT if we can give a pass to CM not producing with Lynch/Turbin in front of him let's give the kid a chance. Let's see what he can do with his first real opportunity. Not like he has had one to this point.

But but but the situation here lol, Nicks? Lol

Lucky may get his number called but that's about it. They may work some guys out but I doubt the press the panic button now. Let's see what the roster can do. If anything we need to get our running game going.
