Oh, I thought it was going to be about some chick snuffing out 3 of her kids and almost getting away with it except for the courage of one real man on the jury

Her defense attorney tried to get the man eliminated from the jury because he was the lone hold out from aquiting the chick exterminator

Well I would not believe an attorney if he told me day was day and night was night
hard to believe everyone else thought she was innocent

gotta wonder exactly what the UK Police are doing? do not care about rape gangs; allow beer to be stolen, just what good ARE they?

Agree.......prosecutors do too.

One of the biggest lumps of crap was the DA in the Duke Lacrosse case.

It was proven that he knew the boy's innocence but chose to prosecute so he could pander to a particular segment of voters....thats when they used to actually punish and dis-bar offenders committing perjury and such
 
One further point to make.

If hormonal fluctuation and "mental state of mind" is now a "get out of jail free" card for a woman, will those same folks that assert this keep that same energy when a man with PTSD offs his family?

I think we all know the answer to that....

BUT in court it could get interesting
companies saying they cannot have personnel that might shoot someone on a bad day and point to this case

Also, if a woman's "hormonal imbalance is now "disqualifier" for actions do we really want to see them as a president with the finger on the button or to be a good steward of power?

Can't have it both ways.

unintended consequences are always interesting I have heard that some in jail for polygamy are looking to get their convictions for it over turned since multiple partnerships are considered marriage
