Broaddus grades for supp. draft players

I'm okay with this. I think someone with a real need may go higher and there's always a chance that a scouting/personnel department really likes a player, but I wouldn't hate if we gambled any of those draft picks on one of those guys.

CB is not a huge need for us but if you like the player, you're getting him a year ahead of the draft pick you spend.
