Broaddus says Leary running fine

I take it that means tonight (no, duh), but it's not referring to week 1.

I still think it will be Smith, Leary, Frederick, Bernadeau and Free. Free at guard seems to be a contingent plan in case Leary wasn't gonna be ready for week 1 IMO.

I disagree. JG was too excited about Free at guard for it to simply be a "contingency plan." Bern will be the swing guard, which is the proper spot for him.

I would prefer Free at right tackle.

Not me. I've always thought Parnell has a much higher ceiling than Free.

Agreed, I saw nothing from Parnell last week that led me to be confident in him be the starting RT come WK 1. I much rather "risk" it with Bern at RG and Free at RT.
