Some teams just don't accept bad seasons. Even though Elway had made some bad decisions lately he saw the problem and fired some heads.

Meanwhile we keep throwing our scrubs out there game after game expecting things to change. The defense has zero imagination. The offense is simple we've all seen it. They don't run crossing patterns, slants, ins, screens...where is the imagination?

You have to make changes...

That was a well thought out plan to get the stadium approved and built

Agree that it is about the money most of the time but I do think he still wants to prove he is a football man so he used to make bigger moves and gamble

Your point is proven with JG though because there is no reason to keep this guy around except that its safe while he makes money off the venue, etc. It's sure not about a SB.
