Broncos Lose Julius Thomas

Man, he's actually been good to me in fantasy the last few years too. RIP Julius Thomas' career....

I read its 9 million/yr. From what I've read, I wouldn't want him on this team period. His attitude is a cancer and he sounds like the perfect candidate to mail it in now that he's got paid. Apparently the Broncos haven't even called him. That tells me all I need to know about him.

ESPN says $9M per.

On another note...ESPN says Gore acing second thoughts on Philly and talking with Indy...so that thread can be opened up again.
Wow

As for theGore thread...No that thread can't be opened because
1) it stated something as fact with no backup
2) it stated the contract signed when that is impossible
3) it stated actual contract numbers with no evidence whatsoever...

As for the Thomas, I think it was a given that theBroncos would lose him.

The league has lost complete control of free agency. It doesn't even officially start until tomorrow.

It's like the horses at the Kentucky Derby blowing through the gate before they even line up at it.

The agents are the ones who are handling it. They speak to teams days before and just tell their clients numbers and they basically agree it seems. Still interesting no matter what

Considering den never even contacted Thomas...I'm pretty sure, PM isn't too concerned about this...or his pay cut

They'll be alright. Bronco's will just find someone to replace him with. Maybe a rookie. Jordan Cameron wouldn't be too bad if healthy. He'll actually be a upgrade if healthy.

Jags still have money for Murray? TE , OL. Murray? Seems like they are trying to build a running game down there, QB needs help.

His situation is what I would consider the worst case scenario for Dez and the Cowboys.

Please. Dez and J. Thomas aren't even close to the same situation. Denver doesn't want him back for a reason. They question his motivation to play other than his desire for that big contract. He's more worried about life after football, doesn't love the game and sat out games last season when he was by his own admission 90% healthy. His teamates question his heart. None of this is true about Dez.

Worst case. Like next year Dez turns into a malcontent because he feels disrespected by the tag. Kind of what happened with Thomas this season after coming close to a contract last summer.

use him as a decoy, let teams worry about him , double team him, And totally ignore him.

He's made a career out of throwing to whoever is on the team.

He'll be fine without Julius.
