It's not Quinn I dislike but more the PLAYERS Quinn likes. He's big on length and range. While thats great he never wants 350-360lb monsters on the DLine. Gotta get bigger and stronger in the front 7. If that means new coaches, bring them on.

Agree.
I'd like to say he can chew gum and walk at the same time, but that just seems to me like it would take some of his focus off of the task at hand. Maybe I'm wrong though.

Actually, Quinn doesn't seem to mind the big boys. We've drafted two in the past couple of drafts, and Hankins isn't exactly skinny. Marinelli wanted quick 1-techs, but Quinn seems to at least be OK with mass.

Denver can have him, I am tired of this soft arse defense that makes backup QBs look like All-Pros (Minshew, Dobbs, Howell, ect...)

Add to that the fact that Quinn constantly blows leads everywhere he has been, including this year blowing double digit 4th quarter leads twice against Packers and Jacksonville. If those two games are Ws, we are sitting here as the number one seed.

I like Quinn and would be sad to see him go. I do think he has great leadership qualities who gets the most out of his players. I think there are comparable candidates available in the off-season however, if Jerry decides to go outside of the team to replace him if Quinn does leave.
