Brooking gets into fight at practice?

Cowboys linebacker Keith Brooking didn't deny he got into a fight during a recent practice with a secondary player.

Brooking was asked during an interview on GAC (103.3 FM) on Tuesday afternoon if he got into a fight as reported by NBC's Chris Collinsworth.

"I will not clarify that," Brooking said. "My names bennett and I ain't in it."

Brooking did say he didn't fight with cornerback Orlando Scandrick.

"That's crazy," he said. "I don't know how we found that out."

Brooking has been one of the Cowboys fiery leaders on and off the field and has earned respect from several of his teammates after just one season with the team.

And if so, Collinsworth never said they got into a fight. He was using it as an example of how fierce he can be. Because his wife saw a video of his pregame speech and she said "who are you?" to her own husband haha or something like that.

The interesting thing is that Scandrick has been playing a lot better over the past few weeks. Like a little spanking woke him up or did him some good. I have read he is a pouty guy with a chip on his shoulder.

Whoever it was he hit, and whatever reason, if it's part of the reason they're continuing to play lights out right now then I'm all for it.

Keith is a leader and I love what he brings to this team.
