Risky, but their two main needs were CB and QB and they got their highest rated players at both positions.
Manziel in the top 10 is risky, but in the 20 it's not so bad.

Any player can bust. I hate to see JF go to the Browns for one reason. The Browns are a death sentence for QBs. He is a gutsy play-making QB and he can develop into a special player. He would not have fit in Dallas due to Garrett who could not adjust the offense to best fit his talents. I wish him the best and hope he makes the teams that passed on him pay for it. He should be fun to watch.

To be honest, I have never watched a full game that he has played in, only a few minutes here and there. I gave watched enough to know he us one hell if a football player. I do know a good many people that knows his famy though.
