Did the Browns need Vrabel to tell them to not draft Bo Callahan?

Vontae Mack no matter what.

Titans might win 5,6 games this year without Vrabel and Henry. With him, he maxed out the talent they had as it was limited. Good for Cleveland.

It’s a consultant role…which means he likely gets to stay in Ohio, where he probably has a house and already has roots, show up at the facility and receive a nice check. I’d love it to be here and I’d love him as a head coach but there’s reasons while it’s Cleveland.

I’m sure the browns weren’t the only team who offered a role on its staff

Instead of the browns being satisfied with last year's success, they are at least doing things proactively. Then we see conversely, what arrogant buffoonery looks like in Dallas. Doing the same things, doubling down on arrogance, will get us beat year after year.

Vrabel is criminally underrated. Tennessee will find out. Good addition by the Browns.Smart hire. That my friends, is what all in is. Clearly, they are trying to win games in the post season.
Honestly I think there are only half a dozen clearly better HCs in the NFL but it is what it is
