Actually I'd say a head coach who doesn't stand for Jerry's BS is exactly what we need.

Why? That's a serious question. Only once since he has been with AZ, has his offense out performed the Cowboys offense, in 2015. He is a good coach when he h as a good QB and a good Defense. We he has neither, he sucks.. imagine that.

We need a lot of things but someone who stands up to Jerry will never happen because he's the gm, coach, coordinator, doctor and counselor. We need jerry in a home for seniors, that's what we really need.

Someone tell me how is he even a better option than Garrett? His unit has underachieved even more than Garrett and he didn't have a guy like Jerry on his back. You guys are taking a "well....anything is better than Garrett.." approach and that's not the smartest thing to do but fans never really think smart they just think fast.

Not at all. He would have to get desperate again. We're nowhere near that point. He thinks he has a young emerging team right now.

Urban Myer left Florida for health reasons, only to return a year later at Ohio State.

Garrett and this staff screws up next year, yet again. Arians regains his health....BOOM...we get a new and better coach....

And he doesn't need a new stadium. So in 30 years he will get to that point and fire Garrett.
Record over those 30 years....8-8 on average with 5 one and outs playoffs, maybe 1 playoff win....6 win and in games but loses all 6.

Arians is great but he would not want to work here under Jerry. He spent years in Pittsburgh working under the Rooneys, who have always been HC-friendly, so he knows how much better that type of organization is run compared to Jerry's circus.
