If he's there when we draft at #119 would you take a shot and draft him? Or say he get's into the 110's would you try to jump up and take him. I know this kid lacks consistency and he only started one year at Maryland but this kid can be something.

it would depend for me if AOA is also there. if AOA is there i take him in a heartbeat. if not than i think Campbell's value at that point makes it hard to pass up.

In the 4th round and later I have no issue with the team rolling the dice on a project.

I doubt he gets by the Raiders (yet again), at pick 106...they were originally looking to get him in the first couple rounds, yet here he is.

If we really want him at this point, we'll probably have to move up to get him...Same with AOA .

Better than the last few years thats for sure. I'm still upset that McClain is going to a team like Oakland.. not a Bama fan, but that kid can play.

only if we pick up another 4th.

"athletes" don't seem to work out here.

Cardinals beat writer Kent Somers predicts that the team will use its fourth-round pick on a cornerback.

With 98 picks out of the way, the Cards pick next at No. 123. At least by our rankings, the top CB left is Akwasi Owusu-Ansah of Indiana (PA), though some teams project him to safety. Other notables include Perrish Cox (Oklahoma State), Walter McFadden (Auburn), and Dominique Franks (Oklahoma).

What's the knock on Dominique Franks, I thought he was supposed to be a probable second round pic..

I think I read somewhere about the last couple of OU CB's drafted were busts and they believed the were coached up and have limited upside.

Pass.........go watch some of Maryland's games, Campbell got abused early and often. If not for putting up some insane workout numbers at the combine, this guy would be a 7th rounder.

Agree.

I wouldn't draft him at any spot in the draft.

The guy is a lousy football player. IN the weak ACC, he couldn't even make honorable mention as an OT...he's not any good. An OLman isn't going to cover kicks on special teams for you. We can't afford a roster spot on a guy who may take 3 years to be merely an adequate backup.
