We don't do many trades at all. Still the Bucs paid Wilcox a decent chunk of change and regretted it a few months later and traded him for peanuts.

He played out his rookie contract and left for free agency. He didn't really have any value at all until after his last year here. I assume he got some sort of signing bonus from TB that is gone now.

I get what you're saying but this isn't the best example. I think the talent evaluation for our front office is greatly improved but yeah...we are not really big players in the trade market.

We used to get late picks for guys we were gonna cut all the time. Its been a while simce we have though, I think the last time we did that was Ctayton and Lissemore
