1.5 sacks and a forced fumble in his last preseason game. Although he did not do much up until then. The guy is raw but amazingly talented.

Watching his preseason snaps, he's weak as hell. Doesn't appear to use his speed all that well either. They should probably play him as a linebacker. The problem with that is he looks like a terrible tackler in space.

certainly a lot of teams shied away from him in the draft for this reason.

I think he got those sacks in preseaon game 4. 2nd and 3rd string olinemen. He will get manhandled in the run game.

He was playing at WVU.

He had a very interesting story with a history of being a dropout, involved in a gang, did some criminal activity, kicked out of his home, was sitting on a sidewalk with all his belongings in a garbage bag in a strange town with no place to go when he was spotted by a football scout or coach. From there got back into school and got back to football.

This guy is a pure speed pass rusher. If he is giving us trouble we should get a TE or RB to chip him before going into their routes.

Irvin was so terrible in the preseason he might not make the game day 46 and wouldn't have even made their roster without draft status protecting him.

This guy was a pass rush specialist at WVU. My guess is Seattle will use him in the same way. He wont be on the field during run downs or 3rd and short.

he was unblockable in their last pre-season game. I am a long time Cowboy fan but I live in Seattle. Very familiar with the Seattle roster. In fact I went to a practice and saw first hand how quick this guy is.

Someone mentioned earlier to run at him. I agree but Free has not been very impressive so far. If they don't give Free a little help, a chip or something Irvin will have multiple sacks.

I don't know what seahawk games you are watching, he was unblockable on the pass rush the last game.
