yeah, not so sure about this. Don't see "Carpenter" as a first. Like Miller. Speaks - from my alma mater but not sure about in the 4th. rest, i don't know a lot about.

Pretty good...I like Breeland Speaks he’s another DT/DE tweener we don’t really need. Change him to a bigger true DT and wouldn’t have anything to complain about with a draft like this

Goes against Will's philosophy of drafting from big name schools on the past few years.

I keep seeing Harrison in the 5th.
I know he’s had issues and is coming from a small school, but in a weak OT class, I can’t imagine someone not taking a flyer on him well before then.

He is an overaged prospect that still needs a lot of work and has maturity problems on top of it.

I know I would not even think about him until day 3.

He was originally at Texas. Didn't work out there, drug and plain lazy issues. Harrison is physically one of the most gifted LT prospects in this draft. That is what is pushing his stock up. I would not take him before the 6th, myself. He is very gifted but, I think he's a head case. Something like 3 High Schools in four years, JC, multiple Universities. I just don't like the signs.

Not a bad draft. Not sure we could do better. Hit every need without reaching.

Honestly, if we were going to look for a Developmental OT, I'd rather look at Brett Toth from Army. That kid is all about getting it done and he's a tough kid with some upside. Late Season injury will push him down so you can get him late in this draft. I like this kid, I'm on the bandwagon.

Good draft. I like the first 2 picks a lot, but think we can do better in the third. I would have liked to seen Poona Ford in there somewhere? Where does he have him drafted?

The minimum 1 red shirt year is what’s really going to push him down the draft. Not sure exactly how it all works, but I know he’s going to do at least 1 year of service that will cause him to be away from the team. Not the worst thing in the world as most last rounds picks won’t/shouldnt see the field in their 1st year anyway, but we may be able to get him in the 7th because of this. And I’d be all for it as well

Edit: seems like it’s definitely 2 years of service.

Moore is the FS the Cowboys like a lot. One of the better coverage guys and ran a 4.32 at his pro day.

He also intends to follow through on his full military commitment.

Still too much offense. Are there holes on offense but WR is not one, 3rd string RB is not one, in the 3rd and OT in 4th not too much of a stretch but not likely starters so depth. The TE in the 7th better be Rico Gathers potential worthy. Most of those offensive players could be picked up during camp body signing period after the draft.
