26. Dallas Cowboys: Graham Barton, G/C, Duke
A college left tackle, Barton is going to move inside in the NFL and projects well at either guard or center. The Cowboys might need help at both spots with Tyler Biadasz a pending free agent and the future uncertain for Tyron Smith. This pick assumes Tyler Smith would replace Tyron Smith at left tackle, thus creating a need at left guard.

I’m actually hoping they go offensive line with their first two picks next year.

Cardinals would be dumb ** to pass on Maye for their COD QB.

Don't know the player yet, but I do prefer having a Center who's been playing the position for at least 3 years. Watching Barton may change that tho.

Cowboys are not going C/G in the draft with Tyler, Tyler and Zack (for at least another 1-2 years) set at the interior positions. I can see Tackle, DE, CB (although unlikely as Diggs and Bland will be starting outside), and maybe WR for the 1st round. I see Dallas taking a RB fairly high next year also.

He missed the mark in assuming that Tyler was going to be kicked outside. I don't mind Barton, but I think any of the next 4 picks would be better there.

I don't think a receiver will go 2nd. If they are going to take a receiver they should trade back. A qb should go 2nd.

Great pick
:hammer: After watching a few videos, I think Barton may not be around. Dude's versatility would be great for Dallas because he can play anywhere (feet & positioning) providing flexibility to the OL.

Would be a really solid pick, I really love Barton’s film. I don’t agree with the O-Line shuffling though. If anything, Barton would play a different position.

My "Group of Three" right now for the Cowboys first rounder are:

Taliese Fuaga T Oregon State
Cooper DeJean S/CB Iowa
Graham Barton OL Duke

I really like Fuaga. His mean streak is up there with Tyler Smith.

DeJean would be a dream as a "positionless defender" for DQ.

Barton can play all 5 OL spots. Technique-wise, he reminds me of Zack Martin.

There might be some really good WR's that fall to the Cowboys pick so they could come into play.

In his mock, Emeka Egbuka was available when the Cowboys' selection was up. I would have a very hard time passing him up. Barton is OK, but I would have preferred Zak Zinter prior to the leg injury.

Oline is good and I think receivers are in play also. The running back from Florida State could be in the mix if they pick 32.

I don't like the idea of drafting a LT and asking him to play C as a rookie lol

T to G is one thing, but C is another.

Barton is going to get a ton of work at Center at the Senior Bowl and Combine. He'll show whether or not the projected move should happen. I talked to the Duke personnel guy and he swears Barton can legit play all 5 OL spots.

He's really good. You'll like what you see.

Yea I mean I like him but there are good centers in this draft, so just take one lol.

They are projecting Barton as better than those.

Speaking of which, I like the West Virginia Center. If he can somehow last to the 3rd, he'd be a solid pick.

I'd love a first 4 rounds of:
1. Jordan Morgan, LT - Arizona
2. Sedrick Van Pran, C - UGA
3. Braelon Allen, RB - Wisconsin
4. Jaylan Ford, MLB - Texas

Lose the Longhorn and that's a really good draft.

You are higher on Morgan than me but I have him as a high 2nd rounder so it's close.
