Also we have heard how loaded this QB class but Dane only has three in the first round and Levis falling out of the top 10. I do think 24 with Williams and Maye are definitely better prospects.

Big fan of Mayer, dont think he even makes it to 23 TBH, but I can't see this team trading up to go after a TE with two rookies on the roster showing a lot of promise. This team values their picks too much to trade up for a luxury player when they have clear needs at other positions. If he falls to them all bets are off, to trade up though? Doubtful.

While I would agree plenty of bad QBs go top 10 just because they are QBs.

If he has a big bowl game he goes high. Another mediocre showing with a loaded offense and he probably starts to dip. Also I think he’s someone who is physically gifted enough that his stock just goes up during the combine and workouts. He has the physical tools, I just don’t know he handles in game situations well at all. An interesting player to monitor though for sure.

Right now I see three QB's going in the first round but I'm sure after the Combine that will all change. lol There will be some kid that makes himself money with a clean workout.
This year's draft is also loaded at CB and IMO we need one. Not so sure about rd 1 but it would depend on who else is there. I personally want to see a DT with that 1st pick

I’ve read that too. And in several places. I just don’t see it. His numbers aren’t impressive, he’s not winning games for them, not like he’s a dual threat…what am I missing?
I also don’t understand how anyone is putting CJ Stroud anywhere lower than second or third best player in this draft. I can understand people liking Bryce Young more because he’s fantastic too but not only are CJs numbers utterly ridiculous but the videos of him doing QB challenges are unlike any I’ve seen. His arm strength and accuracy are amazing.
