He has a 1st/2nd round grade on Lawrence with this as his strengths:

STRENGTHS: Excellent lateral quickness and instant acceleration to easily redirect…accelerates quickly with fast pursuit speed and closing burst…loose joints and natural flexibility/leverage to dip and flatten at the QB…swarming rusher with improved ball awareness and vision to track and anticipate cutback lanes…nice job extending to initiate contact and convert speed-to-power…fast, active and powerful hands…natural footwork and looks comfortable moving in reverse…balanced and protects well against cut blocks…sharp, aggressive angles and plays through the whistle with good play speed and hustle…competitive finisher and explosive hitter who looks to punish his target – plays with an intimidation factor…lined up mostly on the outside shoulder of the OT, but also stood up and rushed from different angles – versatile and will rush from two and three point stance…very productive in two seasons at Boise State (23 career starts), finishing with excellent career numbers: 34.0 tackles for loss, 20.0 sacks, 7 forced fumbles and 3 blocked kicks on special teams.

I suppose if we got two players with first round grades, the trade was a sensible one, but it doesn't feel all that great right now given the many holes on the team that need to be filled.

Another interesting stat, even with the bad 40 time Lawrence had basically the same 10 year time as Barr (1.68 to 1.67)
