Do we know exactly what the Cowboys are doing? Forget opinion, hit pieces, all that. Does Shot have years to rebuild? Is he pressed to win now?

Those would set the answer. Let me explain.

if we has a few years to rebuild, than yes, get the staff you want to build with. At the rate these guys are coming in, i am leaning towards win now, thats not smart, but, opinion aside, with facts, JJ and being smart, not that safe of a bet.

So we need to know exactly what Shot is allowed to do.

Personally i like the picks, because unless you are new to the sport, its not always a lateral move "what i did with X team, i shall do the same and HAVE the same results with Y team" Hardly ever happens. Unless you broad paint it.

Most of these guys, you probably dont even know the success or failure rate of what they do.

Its like getting irked over the Assistant to the TE coach" Lordy i am irate NOW.

However, if the staff is allowed some time to grow and (like a buzz word) Gel, than who cares who they get, Does Eferb and Shot have a say in it? Perfect, Is it Jerrys doing? we might have issues.


Until we know for sure, or some posters educate me. I am NOT going to freak out over the roster.

The ONE i am concerned about, OL coach, this is make or break for our franchise.
