Cowboys Receiver Miles Austin against Giants Cornerback Prince Amukamara:

The last time these two teams met, Amukamara did not play and the Cowboys were able to take advantage of the situation by torching the Giants secondary for 16 catches and 3 touchdowns. With Amukamara back in the lineup, the Giants are in better shape but there still are some things that I feel that Austin will be able to do route wise that will cause him problems. I have never felt like that Amukamara was that physical of a corner and when he plays against receivers that are, he tends to struggle.

Cowboys Offensive Tackle Doug Free against Giants Defensive End Justin Tuck:

In studying the game against the Panthers last week, I thought that Doug Free played to a level that we had seen from two seasons ago. With so much attention being placed on Jason Pierre-Paul how Free manages to block Tuck one-on-one will tell you how the Cowboys will be able to move the ball on offense. Free understands the type of moves and the power that Tuck likes to play with so there will be no surprised there.

Cowboys Nemesis
In his brief NFL career, Victor Cruzhas been outstanding overall against the Cowboys as a play maker. The problem when you face Cruz is that he never lines up in the same place whether that is in the field or down near the red zone.

Giants Nemesis
Over the years the one player that has given the Giants the most fits in matchups is DeMarcus Ware. Throughout his career, other than the Eagles, Ware has sacked Giant quarterbacks more than any of the other teams he has played.

Giants Under the Radar Player
It hard to believe that Martellus Bennett would ever be considered an under the radar player but in this case he is. This is a very talented Giants football team on offense but Bennett has done a nice job of fitting in with this group and making productive plays.
There still are times where Bennett has been hit and miss as a blocker but where he really has helped the Giants as a down the field player.

Cowboys Under the Radar Player
The Cowboys sign Ernie Sims on Wednesday and that same morning, he is on the field practicing with the defense getting ready for the Giants on Sunday. Sims is a veteran player that understands what he has to do scheme wise on run fits but more importantly how to play in coverage.
In the games I was able to study, he was dependable handling crossing routes, carrying tight ends and picking up backs out of the backfield.

Amakumara has been really impressive this year, can't wait for the matchup.

Did this guy really just hype up ERNIE SIMS?

Since Broaddus got back on the Cowboys payroll, he's been nothing aside from a shill.

And be the most informative and actually writes about football but go ahead and complain.

All that does not really matter. It comes down to who creates the most Turnovers, get's off the field on third Downs, and executes more on Offense.

Actually I think Sturm is by far the most informative writer out there.

I've got to admit I'm intrigued by Ernie Sims. The fact that he's going to be in defensive packages in this game per Ryan tells me the coaches must be as well.

that is completely false.

I listen to talking cowboys everyday and he bags on the front office nearly everyday for there inability to find offensive lineman and safeties.

Had no idea he was even on that. I stopped listening to Talkin Cowboys a while back because of Spagnola. I only listen to the Lunch Break now.

Because he likes to complain and whine about everything possible. Broaddus does a helluva job and is very informative. He knows his stuff.

Great move by the media dept. to bring him on board. I have really enjoyed his insights and analysis from a scout's perspective.

Where this game is going to be won for Dallas is if the offense is able to execute and by that I mean not leaving plays on the field or wasting opportunities. What the Cowboys can’t afford is when things are blocked clean or the receivers run routes that buy separation, to miss on those plays. When this offense has struggled it’s been because they have wasted those opportunities.

I guess I'm tne only one that thinks Cruz hasn't been outstanding against us. In 3 games, the only outstanding game he had was the one in week 17 last year. Other than that he's had a 58 and 74 yard games with no TD's.
