If he is still there in the 2nd round, should we grab him?
I think he is the most underrated player in the draft. I dont hear anyone talking about him, its always Miller, Rolle, Jones, Rogers. Well no he doesnt have the speed of those guys, but he has game speed. He hardly ever gets beat deep.

I watched every FSU this year except one, and he did not impress me at all. Mcfadden has a tendacy to over committ on a lot of plays, also not a good character guy. Mcfaadden reminds me alot of another FSU CB in Mario Edwards.

hmmm.. you sure you got the right McFadden?

I watched every game also, and from my eyes he played awesome.

He hasent givin up a TD in the 2 years he has started.
Plus not many Receivers caught balls on him. AND he wasent beat deep once this year.

AND is a very good tackler!

please tell me the games where he didnt play well. Cause i can recall alot of games where the reciever he covered only had 1 or 2 receptions.

Miami- Ryan Moore 2 balls for 25 yards
Florida- Caldwell 1 catch for a short gain. (also broke up 2 passes in the endzone.


He doesnt make many flashy plays, maybe thats why you think he isnt that good cause he doesnt make many plays. But he is very solid. and would be a good pickup in round 2

Trust me I am not down on BM because he doesnt make big plays, I just dont think he has great talent. First off, you gave stats for Moore VS Miami, hes a tight end, Mcfadden was primaraly covering S. Moss who had 6+ catches. Then if Im correct you stated that Caldwell had 1 catch when FSU played UF, check the stats again as he had a good day against Mcfadden with 5+ catches. There was also the Maryland game where Mcfadden and the whole team got torched for 300+ yards. Im not saying that Mcfaddens a terrible corner, I think hell just be average to below average talent in the NFL.

I take that back Moore is a WR, but hes a sophmore and did not start as Moss and Parrish are the starting WRs.
